Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely experience at Swantown Inn, which had a charming atmosphere and very comfortable rooms. Nathan and Casey were welcoming hosts, and breakfast was a true highlight with delicious homemade dishes. However, arriving late was stressful due to a lack of clear communication about check-in procedures, which made the initial experience a bit rocky. Overall, it was a delightful stay, but the check-in could be managed better.
What a delightful stay! This charming inn truly captures a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's ideally located and boasts clean accommodations. The breakfasts were exceptional, featuring delicious homemade scones. However, keep in mind that there are quite a few steps to navigate if you have mobility concerns. Overall, a unique and cozy experience with a few minor drawbacks regarding accessibility.
Our stay was filled with warmth, thanks to the lovely couple running the bed and breakfast. The breakfast was a delightful highlight, and the location was perfect for attending local events. However, a challenging experience during check-in overshadowed our arrival, making it a bit stressful. The facilities could also use a little update, but overall, it was a memorable visit.
Swantown Inn is a charming bed and breakfast with a delightful old-world appeal. My room featured a huge, comfortable bed and its own bathroom, creating a cozy atmosphere. Nathan and Casey, the hosts, were pleasant, and the breakfast was a highlight with amazing French toast and scrumptious scones. However, I had a rough start due to some communication issues upon arrival which could have been handled better.
Overall, the Swantown Inn & Spa is a charming spot with lovely owners, exceptional breakfast, and a cozy atmosphere. While the rooms were comfortable and the location was quiet yet convenient, arriving late might lead to misunderstandings with the owners, which could dampen your experience. Nevertheless, the beautiful view of the Capitol dome is a definite highlight.
